I hear stories about normal people who discovered they were autistic as a child.

When I look back at my childhood I did some pretty stupid shit myself, including things that relate to symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome. I had brain tests when I was 5 and doctors said I was fucking brilliant.

But today I'm just a slightly above-average human being and I'm not diagnosed with any mental condition. I wonder, was I on the autistic spectrum but grew out of it?
