Will someone tell me why on earth Resident Evil has turned from a game featuring a group of hero police under a set of extraordinary circumstances, to an innovative, funny, interesting new format on Resident Evil 4, to a boring, hollywood-esque, short, unsatisfying sequel featuring bland characters and "dragonball Z like" fights, (Wesker's blonde hair and matrix coat), etc, where the only saving grace is that you get to shoot up blacks?

I agree; the only fun i've had on Resident Evil 5 has been in the multiplayer, and after completing it on Professional, there's now literally nothing left. It's so short. Mercenaries is pointless.
