If your tolerance for risk is there, doing some time in the military, especially one that comes with a clearance, will definitely get you 'more job offers than a guido with women', and they generally pay well. Add grad school to that and you're talking $90-100k range starting with zero experience. Fuck, I let my clearance go and don't even do defense shit anymore. Plus the VA will pay out a ton for any education you want when you get out.
