can't wait for EO2.. hopefully i can patch it to run on my NTSC... if they could combine the awesome exploration/scuba-ing of EO with the rpg elements and story of Everblue 2, then we'll have a GOTY on our hands in the form of Sleeper hit of the century.

It's really relaxing. Unfortunetly you can't dive "anywhere you want" until you get through the rather slow introduction sequence, but once you're done with that you have a huuuuuuge area you can explore, then specialized areas such as an undersea cave, a sunken ship, and the real deep sea (with the scary as fuck creatures to boot). You can also night dive, which changes the species of the area. You get an encyclopedia to fill ala the pokedex, but I've only found about half the creatures so far.

Also, it's super relaxing.

"Underrated" implies a game that was panned by critics and the like, but is actually awesome.

The game was NOT developed by Gamecock, it was developed by Red Fly studios who are also doing the Wii version of the Ghostbusters video game.

Game cock is a shame of a company, but they only worked as producers on Mushroom Men The Spore Wars.

Red Fly on the other hand, is a bunch of great guys just trying to make fun/classic feeling games.

Love Psychonauts, but I would hardly call it underrated, especially here on /v/. It's problem was that it was underadvertised and as a result, most people probably didn't and still don't know it existed.

The controls were a bit awkward, but it was a fun game for sure. I enjoyed the game quite a bit. If you like RE style games and hard as fuck gameplay, this is the game for you. The end boss was badass as well.
