Well, they're all pretty good, but that's like asking which Mega Mans or CVtroid is the best. There's too much rehashan.

Of the Touhous, 5 are shootans. 1 is a versus shootan. 2 are fightans.

Of the 5 shootans, 3 are translated. EoSD, PCB, and IN. The remaining two, MoF and SA, are just in moon.

I would say IN - Imperishable Night, is the best shootan Touhou but they're all good.

Lotus Land Story and Mystic Square are still pretty good, especially MS. The music in all of them is great, as well. MS includes the music from all 5 games in its sound player, so at least download that and give it a listen.
