Versus tips === -If
a Survivor is in the yellow or red, melee them to get them
incapacitated faster. If you use the Hunter's Pounce or Smokers tongue,
chances are, their teammate will smack you off.
-You can hit
minor things as Infected, such as forklifts and garbage dumps by using
the melee button. This requires a bit of teamwork to get it to move
somewhere. A Tank can hit these quite a distance though.
-As a
Tank, use the area to your advantage. Don't run head on onto your
opponents if they have already have second-tier weapons. If you see a
car, dumpster, or an objects that can be hit, use it to your disposal.
If you cannot, however reach the Survivors, then use any means to block
off their route to get them to rage quit. When someone ELSE is a Tank,
help slow down the Survivors in the green health however you can.
-Hunters
can do significantly more damage once they're on fire. When they're on
fire, they will die to it, BUT, if you pounce on a Survivor, the fire
will NOT kill you. Use it to your advantage. Hunters can also wall-jump
by holding down the CTRL button, leaping at a wall, face opposite
direction (or direction of the next wall you want to jump), and leap
again. You cannot stick on walls however, so this must be done quickly.
-Boomers
bile can reach a distance, but usually the range isn't far. If you find
the opportune moment to spit vomit on them (Such as standing from a
ledge above them or if there is a little niche that allows your vomit
to go through), do it. Also, don't try to blow-up as fast as possible.
Sometimes, Survivors may take a long time to fend off the horde, and by
then, your Vomit cooldown is gone and you can use it again. Also,
when Boomers explode, anyone (Survivor and Infected alike) in the area
will be blown backwards. Best place to use it would be at No Mercy 4th
map. This allows you to blow everyone onto the ledge leaving everyone
incapacitated. |
