I wouldn't count on it; it may do in America though pretty much everyone with both consoles will go with the PS3 version and I'm sure there are plenty of people who bought/will buy PS3s just for FFXIII since PS is still where the majority of FF's fanbase lies, and it certainly won't in Japan, where it's still exclusive, and Europe where PS3 is more popular, and Japan and Europe are a bigger market than the US, particularly for FF... infact I would go as far be good money that it won't.
