This fucker kept killing me during his last turns when he was about to die.

Once I started over though and had some grinding and the best gear he was taken out in a few turns.

Its funny that there are a lot of ludicrously hard final bosses in rpgs, but most shooters have final bosses you can kill in under 30 seconds.

Though I'd say its much worse to not be able to finish a game because the final boss is too hard than to be disappointed by an overly easy final battle.

Don't let his size fool you, because he is EASILY the hardest boss in the game.

Armored Core: Master of Arena. He also shows up in Armored Core 2: Another Age, but he's a good bit easier, even though the weapons aren't as horrendously overpowered as they were in the first few games.

This guy was pretty tough on max difficulty (plus having to not lose at all), but try beating him with Gado's daughter. You are slower, weaker, and your moves have less priority. Fuck.

Plus, I would burn through ALL of my MP and Walnuts before killing that fucking Snake.

You need to get a certain type of armor right after you leave that underwater palace place. It's easy to miss, I remember having to walk around the entire palace to some remote place where Neko was hiding. It's called the vestsuit or something, you get your shit wrecked if you go into the Pure Land without it.
