doing the right thing makes everyone else happy and makes the world a
better place to live in. Co-operation is the foundation on which society
was built on. Also taking into account that people are social
creatures, we can't live a lonely life without losing our sanity. So
it's more beneficial to be a 'moralfag.'
Of course, no one is
ever truly altruistic. Sure people will help you out even if they don't
know you, but they will only help you to an extent and that depends on
the person. Everyone looks out for themselves in the end. Infact, by
helping other people out, you help out yourself in the process. You gain
the trust of other people you've made friends with and can rely on them
for help. So in a sense, being a moralfag is selfish, since you're
improving your chances of survival by making people like you. A far
smarter and smaller evil than being a nihilistic asshole that cares only
for himself.
Sure you'll get what you want easily by having no
morals, but you have no one to rely on. You have only yourself to trust
and even if you were the ultimate Alpha male, you wouldn't get very far
without connections. See those corporate assholes that make thousands of
dollars every second? It was through other people that they got rich.
No single person can run a successful bigbux corporation all by himself.
You need employees and professionals to hook you up to the right
people. You may be the brain of the whole operation, but a brain needs a
