Wind Waker. The world looked more dense and believable, and the characters were more expressive.

It looked like an actual interactive cartoon. This looks like a video game with cartoon graphics, right down to the stilted poses of every character and the low resolution of the signage in the town. But mostly, the lack of life totally neuters the visuals of Ni No Kuni, whereas Wind Waker looked believable.
