The game truly is amazing. Controls are different, but they definitely aren't bad - they feel much more fluent than other similar games.
Overall, the entire thing gives me a Starfox 64 vibe. From the cheesy, witty writing to the simple yet challenging gameplay, they're very similar.

The weapons are really quite different. Impressively so. I mean, it throws you off so much when you're playing Meteor Bow and spawn as the angel with a club or something. And tying weapon strength to tickets lost is a genius idea and I hope more devs implement something like it.

First of all, it's 240p. that's almost five times less definition than current-gen games have, and the standard will even higher than 1080p in a year or two.

And finally the character. He's practically taken straight out of Boku no Pico, so by playing it you're advocating both homosexuality and pedophilia.

I played a demo a year ago, and the controls and camera sound just as abysmal as they were back then. Maybe the control customization can alleviate some of that, but man...that camera was seriously the shittiest thing I've ever had to put up with, and dodging every time I pressed the stick forward instead of having a dodge button was fucking lame.
