03/21/12(Wed)16:49 No. 133397820 It only took about a month. It was fast, so very fast... but not in the beginning. It
started in Uganda, the WHO suspected the illness had been present
before, and in both cases it had unknown origins. However, this time It
was different... the cases sprung up over a matter of months. Since
Uganda is fairly isolated, it didn't reach any airports until about a
year after it first appeared. The first international case
appeared in France, where a man had recently come back froim a Ugandan
trip, having fallen into a river off a boat. He showed no initial signs
of infection for several days after returning. Then he changed
overnight, his wife (who fled the scene once he turned violent) reported
he began experiencing a fever on the 3rd day of him beuing back. He
refused to eat food and started having violent seizures. He was then
reported to ''go crazy'' and start running around teh house smashing
everything he touched, ripping wallpaper and dragging his nails deep
into the wood of doors. His wife escaped at this point. He was later
spotted in the town centre with blood on his clothes and around his
mouth. He had reportedly mauled two tourists, one of which was flown
back to America for specialist treatment. Then events sped up very
quickly. The patient reportedly woke up in the night and mauled an
entire hospital wing containing patients, all of which instantly began
having seizures and showing viuolent behaviour. Whatever this was it had
mutated in the different climate of America.
