    TBoGT has a N.O.O.S.E. tank though, and in my opinion, while it was fun for half an hour, it just shows how ridiculous stuff like that looks on the streets of New York. Driving around blasting cars to fuck with a tank, it just doesn't fit in with the feel of IV.
