It really depends on the character models and what class I'm playing.

For example, in WoW, the male models all have XBOXHUEG muscles, so my Rogue was a chick. My priest was a chick too, because I kind of associate male Priests with pedo shit thanks to Catholics.

In TOR, however, I could make a regular looking dude with an athletic build, so all my characters were male.

Most single player games I also play as male, since I don't particularly want NPCs reacting to me as if I were a woman.
