I played it with 3 friends in 4-player co-op.

The game was boring, easy, not challenging at all, enemy AI was non-existent, there were no real bossfights except guys with more HP than usual, no tactics ever required.
Quests were boring, repetitive, bland and generic.

The world was badly designed, there was never anything interesting. The DLC was equally awful, with small areas filled with a fucking nothing and invisible walls.

Even doing the "New Game+" because they didn't bother to make even more boring and generic content wasn't anywhere near challenging.

The whole game was a snoozefest.
I'd probably give it a 4/10.

Gearbox is physically incapable of making good games, they proved that with DNF.

Borderlands 2 will be no different, there will be no interesting bossfights, enemies will continue to be pants on head retarded, quests will continue to be as generic as they come, and the whole game will cater to the lowest common denominator "HURR LOOT" kind of players.
It cannot be any different because Gearbox wouldn't know a good game even if it hit them in the head - they COULD NOT make Borderlands 2 good even if they wanted to.

If they fix my main gripe (not enough guns with different projectiles/bullet types) then sure, I'll buy.

For GORILLION GUNS Borderlands sure had a very limited amount of different TYPES of guns. Sure, your gun can be any color of the rainbow and have a varied amount of bullets per clip or rocket bullets but for 870 BAZILLION MORE you better have some that actually act different. Like there was that one single superball shotgun in BL1. I want more of those, guns with very different types of shooting.
