So I'm level three and just beat that guy with the big-ass hammer at the bottom of that locked tower in the Burg.

I think they could stand to make more humanoid enemies immune to backstab, because that was far easier than I've been told it should have been. All the Black Knights people keep telling me are so difficult go down with little effort this way.

Literally all it takes is a shield with 100% physical protection. Any less and his attack will kill you. Otherwise, it just completely drains your stamina bar, and he attacks too slowly to hit you again before it builds up. Run around him, backstab, throw a bomb at him while he's getting up, rinse, wash, and repeat. Simple.

I don't know, guys. I've heard so much shit about Blighttown, but in the end I just breezed through that shit. Best part is that apparently the enemies are having an even harder time than me to traverse the terrain, half the time those stupid fuckers would just jump to their death.

Straight up into the tree, you can't miss it. You'll hit one to find a chest. Most people don't think to hit the wall BEHIND that chest, which reveals yet another hidden path.

Are sorceries as effective in PvP as they were in Demon's Souls? It seems faith builds will be better this time around since the miracles are pretty decent (like the AoE slow effect) in addition to the fact that you can heal yourself as an invading spirit with miracles... Not to mention that faith boosts magic def.

To beat Capra Demon:

As soon as the fight starts run to the right and dodge his first attack. If you run left you will get hit by the dogs. Then run up the stairs. Kill the dogs. Once the dogs are dead the fight is a piece of piss.
Just keep an eye on your stamina.

Care to explain this? I felt they were quite easy. For Stray Demon you just have to stay behind his back so the magic doesn't hit you and ceaseless discharge is nothing but hiding behind a corner.

To summon players you must be in human form, you cant see/interact with soul signs if you are in undead form.

In either form you can drop your own soul sign to be summoned into another players world.

You can only play with other people who are within 10% of your current soul level.

For example. a lvl 20 can only play with players between the lvl's of 18-22.

There are also server that you are connected to, exiting and reloading the game will put you into a different server, being in a covenant will put you into a server with people from your current covenant.
