Catford creator here. The problem with Catford is that he makes Mildred overpowered. But if you made Mildred hate cats (which is retarded, she's a witch for fuck's sake) then Catford would be underpowered. I think the solution is to have Catford sleep/run away for random, sometimes long periods of time instead of just overnight, during which time his effects diminish.
