First I had an application form to fill in. It had lots of easy parts, but one part was like a double sided blank spot where you had to write about past experiences and training. I managed to write half a paragraph. When I took it back the guy laughed at me, pulled out another application form and it has 2 EXTRA pages stuck on because the person had so much to write about.
Then he went on to tell me how certain words I was using were bad and how there is a load of shit I shouldn't do. No one told me any of this.

Then I went to an interview, and I didn't know what the fuck to do. I ended up in a room with like 6 women who took turns in asking me lots of fucking awkward questions. Then one of them asked me to tell them about myself.
At that point I almost wanted to cry because what the fuck do I have to say?

Shit was fucking traumatizing, and there was nothing at all to prepare me for this. It's not surprising people want to be kids forever when that is what being an adult is like (you might have hated school when you were a kid, but now I'm an adult I just want to be back in school, shit was easy).

Maybe I'm just not cut out to be an adult and will forever be a manchild.
