Don't. Just don't. Crytek has gone to shit and you'll just be sending them a message to shovel more into your ready mouth.

Crysis is one of the deepest and most fun FPS games ever made... for the first two thirds of the game, then it gets pretty average.

But it does have good replay value because there are different ways to approach each fight. And I mean MEANINGFUL differences, not just Deus Ex style "hurr you can either sit there watching a lockpick progress bar or you can sit there watching a mutitool progress bar".

Yeah its quite graphically demading but honestly you can probably play it on medium settings at a good framerate and it will still look good.

The linearity is not the problem with Crysis 2, its the fact that its just not as fuck to play.

Narrow field of view + enemies that clip through you + MOTION BLUR OH FUCK MY EYES = terrible firefights

Having said that, it is fun to stealth through the entire game and to just snipe everyone, although pretty easy.

Gameplay and graphics are nice, plot is retarded as fuck. Don't keep your hopes high though, the game is short and nobody plays the multiplayer mode.

Also, get the complete pack. Warhead has a better protagonist and runs a bit better, and for 15 bucks, why the fuck not? They're selling Portal 2 for the same price.
