Okay, you twats.

I did a little more looking around in those mini-forums, and there's only one thing to conclude;

The ''Daily Grind'' is a cross-forum posting experience where a person heads to another person's forum to do a daily greeting of sorts. It's almost like an IRC-type of communicating.

In the end, Flux is really just a massive oddball, but not as bad as you all think he is, now. He did not create all those profiles, and he did not try to fix up his boards. He's just a lonely guy, not so good at what he would like to be doing. And even that could just be over-exaggerating.

Some clever programmer should dish out a bland little FPS where the AI does with players' actions what jabberwocky or cleverbot does with text conversations, where it remixes and responds according to the circumstances.

I did a little more looking around in those mini-forums, and there's only one thing to conclude;

The ''Daily Grind'' is a cross-forum posting experience where a person heads to another person's forum to do a daily greeting of sorts. It's almost like an IRC-type of communicating.

In the end, Flux is really just a massive oddball, but not as bad as you all think he is, now. He did not create all those profiles, and he did not try to fix up his boards. He's just a lonely guy, not so good at what he would like to be doing. And even that could just be over-exaggerating.

I think it was one of those things where the im address has a "real name" attached to it. Like "Joe has signed in." I get these fucking things like once a week though. They're always the same. Pink font and smileys, non-sequitur ims ("Terrible." "Good.") and then they sign off when I express non-interest.

My theory is it's some kind of porn botnet thing that picked up my email address from who the fuck knows where in some asshole of the internet. There's probably one guy in China watching over a bunch of windows and macroing "plug sex website" or "guy doesn't look interested; sign off" as it goes.

I remember playing Roblox and making an AI in Lua. When you said something it recognized, it would say something back. (Or, even funnier, kill the player, or send it to another place where the player can't escape from.)

If you want AI to work, you place nodes for them throughout the level. They'll move towards nodes and take actions based on a list of tables that's about half as long as this thread.

They don't become skynet.
