You know what i am noticing about all of these restaurant owners?

It's that most of them think they're better than Gordon Ramsay, a Michelin 5-star chef. They think that Gordon has no right to complain, and that everything he's doing is wrong and that they're always right.

Especially Crazy Amy, the La Galleria Girls and David from the Black Pearl.

When you have someone who's more experienced and more recognized than you giving a critique about your joint, you better take his shit seriously.

So why is there huge delusions of grandeur when it comes to restaurateurs? Or is this an American thing?

People get really sensitive about their cooking skills.

We had a "Masterchef" competition in our office where all the departments had different teams, just for a bit of fun. The controversy that came out of it was ridiculous.

Well they especially choose the craziest fuckers available.

There's this one guy who Ramsay forbids to go into the kitchen because he sucks so bad who goes back in after a few days and basically kills his business. People are just dumb, there's nothing you can do to change that

Gordon Ramsay owns dozens of restaurants all over the world, ALL of which are successful. He is one of the most respected and celebrated chefs worldwide.

If he tells you ANYTHING to do with cooking, you fucking listen. If he insists you drink a lot of pineapple juice, then marinate a steak in your piss and semen before serving it raw- YOU FUCKING DO IT

Many of the owners and chefs in the British version of the show come across as stubborn or delusional as well... just maybe not as amplified as the ones in the American version.

Keep in mind, the American version plays up the drama to the nth degree.
