Try watching brotherhood if you thought the first FMA series was good. Brotherhood follows the manga story, the old anime just spun off in its own direction after a certain point and got really ridiculous.

FMA is probably my favorite anime series. What really sets it apart is the amazing soundtrack. People need to realize that a kick-ass fight scene is only half the struggle to produce quality shit

Brotherhood is great, and it's about to get even better. The next arc in the manga is fucking awesome.

In response to the brotherhood series, I'm not digging it as much as the first FMA. iono

I kinda like how they branched off and made their story original, and definitely captivating.

The Brotherhood series really irked me at first. The way they changed the way they did the backgrounds. The casual OH KAWAII DESU moments but it really does die down and get better. I'm up to the current, (well, almost cos there's delay) sub episode on hulu. I need moar.
