Action sequences sucked, Society sequences sucked, trying to add the typical bullshit social commentary about people being disconnected from each other and immersing themselves online, ripped off the running man, the kid was a faggot, Gerard Butler didn't even try, Ludacris and his gang of anti-corporate freedom fighters, Dexter was the only thing decent about it.

A- You're a fucking idiot. Everybody knew this would be an abomination of the film...except you. Enjoy having the same level of discernible taste as a field mouse.

The action is boring, it's social commentary on gaming is weak and misinformed and the story is terrible.

spoiled douchebag rich kid controls main character that we have no backstory on except hes innocent and wrongly imprisoned. we care about neither of them. the only likable character is the bad guy. wrought with cliches that have been done a thousand times before and a thousand times better. also lol motorbikes zooming over peoples' heads and shitty explosions going off around them = AWESOMEACTION.

Basically this. The whole story, direction, and every character (Michael C. Hall notwithstanding) is fucking inane.

The only good action in the whole movie was in the game sequences, and there were precious few of those.

And when the FUCK will people quit pretending like Lucacris can act? He's sucked in everything I've ever seen him in. And I even like his music.
