    Of all 4chan's boards, /tv/ has the highest proportion of "normal" people. The religious screwballs here actually _aren't_ trolling, and "sick fuck" is often used as if it were an insult. Very little weeaboo shit gets posted. Even some of /tv/'s women are seemingless without penis. The pedophile trolls are only prominent because of the outraged soccer moms that feed them.
