You know, true blue south park fans have been complaining about how preachy it's gotten since as long as I can remember (season 4, to be exact), but I never really cared. Good south park was good.

But lately whenever I watch south park, it's as if I can actually hear the subtle sound of someone stepping up onto a soapbox before delivering a long speech about shit that noone cares about. Shit such as the guy who runs Whale Wars and harley drivers.

There are actual moments when it becomes undeniable to the viewer. You can tell when someone says something completely out of character, just in order to make a point about some stupid shit that noone gave a damn about in the first place.

Why don't those fuckers just start a blog? Or better yet, get a therapist. I just want the lulz.

it feels like stuff is more forced lately.
like the writers are trying too hard to keep the shows up to our expectations, and it's coming off more as fake than anything.

House is a huge step up from last season.

South Park is a little worse than last season, but still okay.

The Office is getting kinda stale.

I feel the exact same way. trey parker and matt stone are starting to rape their own creation, the exact same thing they have accused george lucas and stephen SHPEELBERG of doing in past episodes. I think they should let this show fucking die.

The last episode, I was wondering why they would make an entire episode about how much harley riders are fags? I mean, it seems like they just didn't give a shit anymore, and said fuck it, what pisses you guys off? Harley riders? Ya, they're fags, lets write an entire episode about that. I mean fuck, they could have easily done the episode about butters following them to try and become a harley rider. Even though they just put out a butters episode, i thought it would have been funnier than the two jokes about calling bikers fags and saying "brebrebrebrebrebrbre".

All that said, the butters episode was good, and seems to be the only redeeming episode of the half season so far.
