Cancelled because it was too 'gritty & dark' for the 8pm slot and Jay has a stranglehold 9pm. There were 6 episodes shot for this season - hopefully they show up on DVD some day.

    Fixed

I was actually surprised at NBC's decision to kill the series. It was a real police procedural that actually focused on patrol officers, not just detectives solving murder after murder. It was also the first series in broadcast television that used the f-bomb, although muted of course.

The show was already dark and gritty as it is when it was broadcast, so that decision was hypocritical at worst and lazy at best, because NBC can create a second subchannel for additional programing where they can show it at ten pm.

Since all tv stations have switched over to digital, NBC could have a taken advantage of it. But they did not.

Luckly, the creator is shopping it to other networks.

    I hope.
