Its still 09/09/09 where I live, and as such I have a special movie i'm /r/'ing. Well, /r/;ing here at /tv/. I'm looking for the movie Two of Us. It was a made-for-TV movie made by VH1 that came out in 2000. It was about John Lennon and Paul McCartney who by chance one saturday night at Lennon's NY home in 1976 (6 years after the break up) happened to watch an episode of SNL where producer Lorne Michaels jokingly offered The Beatles $3000 to reunite. The movie is about made-up conversations they "might" have had that night, but the event is real. According to both parties they watched the episode and almost got in a cab and drove down to Rockefeller Center. What would have ensued would surely have been the most infamous moment in television history. Too bad, really.Anyway, the acting in that movie was great and the story compelling. I can't seem to find it anywhere though and it doesn't really air anymore. Any help would be appreciated. If no one knows where to grab it, a discuss of this fine film would be a proper substitute.
call me slowpoke but what the fuck does 9/9/09 gotta do with these fags again?
>>4761150Actually I've tried to find it myself. Aidan Quinn sounded very much like Paul. Unfortunately I don't even think I recorded it when it originally aired>>4761159The Beatles Rock Band was released 9/9/09, brah.
>>4761210ah okay i figured that was why, i thought it tied into something bigger as well, like when they formed or something.
