I think Fox keeps forgetting the Buffy was popular enough to last for 7 seasons and even had a spinoff series that lasted 5 seasons. Why doesn't Fox just give Whedon a chance to do his shit for a full fucking season and then decide whether or not to keep the show? I don't see other shows being told what the episodes should be like, getting their order messed with and being canceled in the middle of their run. And you think they would have learned with Firefly which they canceled due to "ratings" but turned out to have a huge dedicated fanbase.
