I loved the first one when I was a kid, I consider it a 'classic' even though it's obviously simple and flawed, seen through the eyes of an adult.

Purely entertainment-wise, I've enjoyed every film in the series and look forward to another. They are great fun dinosaurmovies, and I'm curious about what new technology can do for the Jurassic Park experience.

Jurassic Park is a great movie, to me. When people say it has its flaws and things...well, they just aren't blatant enough for me to care, aside from the stiff characters.

JP2 was the one I liked as a kid, but cannot even bother to watch now that I am older. I know its just dumb. And I hated JP3 even as a kid, and just thinking about it feels like a chore to watch. Getting the DVD set felt like a waste because I just wanted the first one.

So, um...why are we making a fourth. Why the same cast. It makes no sense why ANY surviving character would return to any island involved, and I thought by the third movie that Hammond was dead of old age.

I don't get this hatred for 2? Obviously it's not as good as 1 but it's still a really great movie and I love watching it. I've never fallen asleep or had a hard time getting through it. But yeah, 3 sucks.

Seriously I fucking hated the third one, hardly any TRex and it had that spinosaur or whatever the fuck who is the bigger bad guy and nobody gave a shit about him, the movie just felt bad what I hated was that faggot wedding crasher taking the eggs even after being told not too because they'll come looking for them he should have died not lived because omg luck.

Fuck the 3rd one, 2nd was alright and of course the 1st is the best.
