/v/ has really gotten out of hand.

When they have threads that don't interest a lot of retards, or when you visit at a good time of day, the threads can be quite chill. Hell, I just scrolled down page 0 of it and most of the threads (jokes about game titles, British gamer general, TF2 raffle, Pikmin, Highlander game ideas, etc.) seemed alright.

But most of the time it's /b/ with video games (albeit still better than /b/). So you get threads about whatever controversial topic got dredged up by the /new/ remnants and meanwhile in 10 other threads there is bitching over totally unrelated topics. The mods operate under the philosophy that a food tier list thread is better than Console Wars General #3264263743, and I agree with them, but you can't extend that to a lot of the shit that appears on /v/ these days.

The few times I went to /a/, I found it to be vastly worse than /tv/. The whole Big 3 thing is analogous to complaining about people discussing The Sopranos, The Wire or Lost on here.

I had a dream that there was an ender's game movie after reading the book again for the first time in a year, and KSTeW played Valentine Wiggin aka Demosthenes.
