If you ever listen to the directors commentary in season 1 and 2, they always talk about how they originally always wanted to show more. A lot of stuff was cut, the sex scene between the Proffesor and Mom in the mothers day episode was toned down alot because of Fox, and so was a lot of other scenes, some to mention was the scene where Fry tries to have sex with the Mermaid women that was toned down and in War is the H word, where Zap Brannigan takes off his towel, you were supposed to see a lot more but once again Fox intervened.

I guess now they're on Comedy Central, there will be real nudity and more creative power.
