What I have liked: the quality and price of the blindbag minifigures, the barcode decoder.

What I have disliked: the limited supply of blindbag minifigures, the news that Series 3 won't have barcodes, the price of basically everything other than blindbag minifigures.

I actually partly agree with this, troll or not. There just seems to be way more emphasis on minifigs and specialty pieces than when I was a kid. But it also might just be that the licensed stuff doesn't lend itself well to building outside the instructions? In either case, the internet has shown us that there are lots of folks out there doing way more complicated, creative things than even my little childhood imagination could have come up with.

I want to burn the person that designed the Battle for Endor set on a stake.

I found it for 60$ at walmart, and before getting to the registers I said fuck it.

I want my 100 playsets to have a giant building and figures. Not a fucking giant vehicle.

Space Pimp is one of the greatest figs in the past few years.

Also, I'm happy to have blind bag collectible minifigs. TLC is doing great with them so far. And I'm happy that the Kingdoms advent calendar is available in the USA.

I want more legos, and I think it would be cool to learn to customize legos.

Absolutely. For me, I think it's a time issue. Being a grown-up with responsibilities, I don't usually have a few hours to sit on the floor and start putting pieces together to see where it goes. But a couple minifigs on the desk, maybe building a tiny set here and there, recalls the good times.

I like Endor it seems small for the money, but you get a lot with it. I'd have snapped up a second one for $60. Home One really seems like a waste of bricks to me. If they'd left off the hangar and just had the bridge, briefing room, A-wing, minifigs and knocked $40 off the price I'd have bought it.

I think that after more than a decade of lego building (im 17) and a few years of pause you're actually just want to revive the feeling that you've had when you first opened the small box with the mummy hotep and his little chariot (it was my first lego box ever, i was 5 and it had a friggin red emerald that could be placed on the hat - and that thing rocked) or a big one with a great pirate ship in it and even a couple of alligators (why not sharks??) and it's more of importance to you the process of building or collecting itself than what comes out..
