It is. The Core rules said it was bashing, but this was errata'd to lethal. Check the White Wolf website. Page 137 of the Hunter Sourcebook, Spirit Slayers, makes explicit reference to this.

This is because that page contains part of the description for the Roadkill Tactic, in which some members of the team taunt a werewolf to lure it into the path of the vehicle another member of the team is driving.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows that privateering is a road that leads to madness and death in all its myriad variations. Kidnapping is a clarity 3 sin and slave trading is a clarity 4 sin regardless of race, and if you end up dealing with the True Fae directly it's clarity 1 (bad idea anyway; use hobgoblins). Lucidity 4 will slow your decline significantly and drastically increase profit relative to sanity loss since you only have to roll twice instead of once per person, but it's just the difference between a walk and a run.

It's possible to remain at clarity 2 while doing that sort of business, but at clarity 2 it's almost impossible to function for any significant length of time without getting oneself killed. A possible strategy is to get a tightly pledged motley, most of whom have significantly higher Clarity, and have them look after you; as long as they can keep your sins sight unseen and pretend not to know, this state of affairs can continue near-indefinitely.

Nevertheless, eventually you'll make a mistake because of madness or really cheese off someone who hates privateers (read: everyone). After that it's just a question of if your ill-gotten gains are powerful enough to save your life.

Don't deal with the True Fae direct. Ever.

There are a few people who can get away with it, but they're mostly high-Wyrd entitled changelings of one stripe or another that the Gentry see more as one of them than not.

That reminds me of that old Bonegnawers gift, which may or may not have been taught by the spirit of Elvis (the Bonegnawers would get in to fights over that, since some felt that he had not actually died), and forced your enemies to start square dancing while you sawed away at a fiddle.

It reaches further in Alaska and Texas then it does in Rhodes Island. Brave heroes went on massive vision quests to figure out why that is, only to return perplexed and confused.

I approve of this vehicle apart from the aspect where it's a "car". Upgrade to something mildly armoured so that it doesn't have massive glass weakspots, and which is less likely to get stuck the moment it ventures off-road. Even an actual (c.f. soccermom) 4x4 would be an improvement.

Or just make it a damn convertable and depend on Rule of Cool to protect you.

I'm no familiar with WoD fluff, but "lolwizards" are going to be a pain in the arse to attack with anything mundane because they're lolwizards. Even if you stop them attacking you directly, they could probably just *bamf* instant wall between you and them.

Stormchaser van is probably /too/ armoured, because it'll become heavy, unmanouverable, and easily stuck in soft ground.

The only way to make it even better is to have the supernatural-killin'-car be the Keystone of a Geist, so that it hangs around in the ghosty-world most of the time and the Sin-Eater can summon it at any point and at will.
