    While there's a drawing power of JoePa when it comes to Penn State, people are going to that university whether he exists or not. Boosters who pour a fuckton of money into the university and the football program deal with the Pres (as far as I know). The folks dealing in the business side of the football create an institutional culture more than JoePa imo.
