Every team has a player that is the backbone of the team. For me at Juve it's Qualiarella.
I'm in February and he has 25 goals. Del Piero is getting old and is only really of use in big games. Matri seems to be the guy who scores when needed, but doesn't put the away like he should.
But Quagliarella styles all game every game, he has the least bookings, best rating, most goals, second most assists. He just gives so much heart every game, 19 goals in 20 league games. For a player who is on loan. When i'm having those games where it's going down the shitter, he brings it back with an amaizing dribble from the half way and rifle from edge of the area.

Well i'm top of the league by 3 points and my expectations were CL qualification. So hopefully the owners will gieb some o' dat dere money. I don't know if you remember my Workington game from a couple of games ago but...
I chocked big time. Finished 10th in the end. And I was so hopeful of promotion.

Oh well, young squad - I'm still somewhat hopeful for next season. Just couldn't get a win from anywhere in the latter part of the season, I honestly don't know what the problem is. We had a few injuries, but not too many, and I was playing a balanced 4-4-2.

I'm going to turf out the crap in the off-season, make new signings and re-evaluate my tactics. Hopefully I'll get promotion next season.

I actually read FM threads all the time but haven't played in ages. My tactics always get fucked over after 1 season and it infuriates me.

Anyway, gonna start my 2029 save again because reading all of your fm-related shenanigans gets me jelly.

Tim Krul is fine, he was my GK through seasons 11/12 - 13/14 and I still won EPL and CL etc. I'd say your biggest flaw is at RB, Ryan Taylor is only average at best. I don't know what tactic you run but I'd have one more striker in the squad unless you have a single striker tactic.
