nobody out and out offered head, i had one very upset girl (i'm a guy) say she would do "anything." since this is real life, I didn't do anything about it. Fucked up thing was she passed, just was freaking out because her grade wasn't high enough

Well, it depends on the subject. I'm teaching comp so it's not only about what's being said but how it's said. Basically every teacher judges you by how well you achieve class objectives. it is possible for two students to achieve an assignment's objective and get different grades.
