Sweden is a mixed market economy. It has regulated capitalism along with socialist public programs like universal health care, free public higher education, etc.

Socialism is great if you're a leach. Capitalism is great is if you're a bad ass. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a safety net. The government should try to facilitate success. I will concede that Sweden is one of the better implementations of "socialism"(it's not that black and white).
