I love apples. Obvious, but still classic. Their outside can get somewhat dirty but still be cleaned by a quick rinse, so they're great fruit to carry around.

Peaches from my farmers market. Bushels of peaches are sacrificed to my hunger every summer. Idk, the fact that I only eat them for one season out of the year has something to do with it. I love most fruit tho.

Did you get your strawberries from the supermarket? They usually don't sell them when they're ripe, because they go soft and are hard to package. If you can get ahold of fresh strawberries at a farmer's market or grow your own, look for the ones that are very dark and have green stems. If you cut them, they will be red all the way through (unripe ones from the supermarket are white on the inside-- that's why they're sour).

If you can't buy them from a farmer's market, try setting them in a bag with a bunch of bananas before you refrigerate them. Bananas give off a gas called ethylene, which is a plant hormone that triggers fruit ripening. Once the strawberries are a very dark red, stick them in the fridge. They're also very good frozen.

I fucking love these things. I'll eat the skin, even when it's super fuzzy, and usually will just grab one and start eating it, when everyone else goes to get a knife and spoon to cut it in half and eat it that way.

If I have more than like 3 in a day though, my tongue gets burned by the acid, and it hurts to eat anything at all for the next few days. Feels bad man =(

First time I discovered that they burnt my tongue was when I was working on a grocery store. I got them for free, so I just grabbed 10 during my lunch break and ate them.
