Then tell me why other states can't recreate it? I'm in Columbus, OH right now and there is a place that advertises "NYC style pizza," yet all the ingredients are shit. I've been around the country/world and no one does it like NYC.

I live in Chicago and I've yet to have this amazing pizza everyone's always clamoring about. Seriously, I've tried them all - Bacci's, Pizzeria Uno, Giordano's, Gino's East - and I wasn't impressed.

I really don't see what the big deal is. The best pizzas I've had have always been sicilian-types.
