  • Kimmo Alm aka "Sysop" from AnT has been spamming us for YEARS now, and has recently stepped it up. This shit has got to fucking stop.
As promised, here are all of the e-mails he has sent me over the years (and my responses).
    ↑ UPDATED March 16th! ↑
One of Kimmo's ex-moderators posted hundreds of PMs. They are absolutely hilarious/terrifying.

Say a parent is in the kitchen/in a room with a table. They are holding a heavy item above the counter/table, when they suddenly have a seizure. The seizure causes them to drop the heavy item onto the counter/table, leaving it teetering on the edge.

The person-currently-seizuring's toddler runs into the room to see what the commotion is. They accidentally bump into the counter/go close enough to the counter, and the heavy item falls on them. It kills them.

Should the parent go to jail?
Does your opinion change whether it was the mother or father? What if it was a babysitter?
What if the person had no previous history of seizures/did have?

If it was the mother or father, that's a tragic accident right there.

If it's the babysitter, I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT AS SOON AS YOU'RE OUT OF THE HOSPITAL GET WELL SOON <3

If it was a mother, she'd get off free.

If it was a father, 20 years in prison.

Welcome to your new world, feminists.

    >Accident
    >Should someone be punished for it?

    ...no?
    >> Anonymous 03/22/10(Mon)01:31:01 No.8009392
That wouldn't even qualify for accidental manslaughter. Civil court, on the other hand...

Could be considered negligence on the adult's part.
