Allegedly, the spambot is a botnet composed of AnT users, who are unwillingly added to the net when they post. This implies he's running a zombie network, which is against WIPO code and can and will get him fucking vanned. We need to find out the dynamics of the botnet and find out if it's actually and honest zombie network. If it is, that's all the ammo we need to take this fucking prick down.

Yes, but the website in question was a petty little nothing. That's the only case I can think of off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure there are other examples involving small sites that aren't tied to larger public entities.

The only other example I can think of is South Butt/North Face, but again, smaller examples with tinier sites wouldn't be published. Besides, 4chan is one of the most popular communities in the world, and Sysop is accusing it of theft. I'm pretty sure WIPO would take that seriously.
