    • Over the past 48 hours 4chan's formspring page has gotten over 12,000 questions, and I've received over 3,000 e-mails. Many thanks to everyone who submitted a question, and sent me a message! I was able to respond to a few hundred e-mails and had hoped to start answering questions on formspring, but it seems that the number of questions broke the page. Once that's sorted out, I'll sift through them and answer as time allows. Thanks again for all of the support!

    In other news, /rs/ now processes MediaFire/MegaUpload/a bunch of other links correctly (this had been broken for months). The old links should be updated in 24-48 hours. Thanks to Popcorn Mariachi for spontaneously appearing and fixing this.

    I'm states away from home on an education trip. Weekend off. Went to the local mall. Made small talk with 8 different girls. Gave my number to them all. Six of them gave me theirs first. Taking one to dinner tonight, meeting another for lunch tomorrow, another for dinner tomorrow night. Two are already texting me.

    For those who can't seem to find women, start with the basics: get the fuck out of the house. You're not gonna meet anyone sitting at home. You guys need to get off your ass and put some effort into this. I don't even WANT a girl right now and I already have at least four potentials in a matter of 3 hours. Get to work, men. They're out there.

    Trust me, mate, it's not as obvious as you'd think. You'd be surprised at how many people think that they're just gonna wander the days away and some 10/10 is gonna just fall right into their lap. Yea, with ~3.2 billion women out there, that's gonna happen... the odds I guess, lol.

    Not to mention, I posted this here... on an online board. People reading this who have the "can't get a girl" problem are some of the main ones suffering from idontwannagoanywhere-itis.

    The problem I have is, I've got a job and going to college, I take care of myself etc.
    I just have this fear that as soon as they see the real me, living with my parents, car's broke so I have to rely on my father for a ride to work, I'm just going to get dumped off of it.

    I've had game before, and the one thing I noticed that was different about then and now is the fact that I had confidence then, and was almost always in a good mood.

    Now I'm in a good mood, but I don't have that boost in my step that I had back then. Once I get my apartment and a car that works, I won't really have a problem getting my game back.

    Take this time of self-improvement as just that. Disavow relationships for the time being, if you're that truly concerned with it. However, you'd be surprised how many women live with their man AND his/her parents. They love each other, and they consider it only a phase. "For better or worse", right? If you're not a deadbeat, and she knows it, where you live won't be an issue, mate.

    Good point. But I don't think that it's necessarily whether she will be accepting of it or not, it's more that I'm not so comfortable with it. I don't want to have to rely on my girlfriend to drive me around everywhere, and I hate to play gender roles but I should be the one trying to provide for her. I'm not comfortable with having someone (aside from my parents, but I carry my own weight) take care of me. Maybe I'll just build up my communication skills and flirt around a little bit, nothing wrong with touching up.
