not actually, far from it. Almost every country has its own sign
language, and a bunch of different dialects based on location or age.
Like in ASL, the way I would sign "Chinese" is vastly different (and
wayyy less offensive) than the way a 75 year old would. The new way is
a 2 handed sign from the chest, the old way that a lot of old people
still use is really racist, but its pointing at the upper corner of
your eye. lol.

>>7252748 I
like music, but dont listen to a *lot* of it. The way I listen to it
depends, if Im in the car or something I just have it really loud, at
home on the computer my HAs can connect to my computers audio (phonak
icom system, I wear naida Vs which are designed to work with it.)
Movies
I always watch with closed captions, and they usually comment on the
music and describe the tone of it. it doesnt just say [Music], but the
type of music and mood it has. Pretty much the same when I see
movies in theaters, except its harder to find captioning obviously. I
prefer places that use Rearwindow over most of the other options except
onscreen closed captions but those are usually special screenings. |
