it's for people who constantly fly. there are people who are in a different airport every 2 days because their profession requires them to.

so it's a nice way of making a quick phone call, checking email, or just relaxing, while it does the walking for you.

If they're empty I walk backwards on them and match my pace so that I'm standing still. Feels good man.

Every time I walk through O'Hare I'm the ONLY person NOT using the moving walkways besides flight personnel. I'm just never in a hurry.

The most annoying thing I see is when people plop their fat asses down and STAND on the walkways and DON'T FUCKING WALK that makes my hair stand on end even though I don't even use the walkways, let alone the looks on the faces of the pileup they cause behind them.

I hate people who stand still on those things! Usually they're in pairs, or one is a little behind the other and not straight behind him/her, no it's behind him/her as if they were standing next to eachother. There's no fucking way to get around those fucktards.

People can't understand that I am NOT a happy human when I have to travel and waiting behind some person who is too lazy to walk and just stands still, blocking the path for everyone, makes me even less happy.

I hate taking the plane because of that, I just want to get to the gate quickly, so I don't have to stand in line even longer
