tipps:
-no shouting. As soon as someone shouts he gets invisible. Most
families don't know basic rules about social interaction, so this will
be difficult. But: tell them not to shout. They can tell their point, but in a hearable way. I usually say: I talk to you, when you calmed down -and go away.
secondly: don't bring yourself into danger. Dont hit people and dont get hit, things easily escalate. Sometimes
when someone is beating me, I smile and say: go ahead, just do it,
fine! Sometimes its like a reversed psychology and they realise how
dumb they act, still it can be dangerous, when someone does it, who is
stronger than you.
You can handle a compromise: saying for a while I won't go to church, but If I feel the need, I will come with you. Tell them its not their function to decide for you.
Basically you have to bear this storm, until they let you go. |
