Out of all the old civilizations of the ancient world, China is the only one that is still powerful to this day, with a cultural legacy stretching back TEN THOUSAND YEARS, and is still getting stronger to this day.

How does that make you feel, rest of the world? Especially you Americans, how does it feel to face the inevitability of your "superior" American military and economic might eventually fading away into nothing just like every other civilization, while China will always be there in the future?
    >> Anonymous 08/27/09(Thu)09:39:04 No.5239032
China is shit it will never get any further. Once the people have enough of their shitty government forcing through them to get things done it will all end horribly for those in power. Another country will be the next superpower but it will in no way be china.

China will become number one within the next 10 years, no doubt about it. They already own the USA literally through their insane purchasing of USA bonds. The USA lost control over their own fate and now China decides when they bankrupt the USA and put them out of their misery.

China's economy is projected to grow 6% this year, 8% if you believe the Chinese numbers. In fact, Asian countries in general are bouncing back quicker than the West. You should try reading more, here is a start.

Good that none of the scientists of either the nuclear bomb nor space travel were American. You achieved nothing.
Your nation achieved little, and if we look back at the track record, the only way America ever solved problems was throwing massive amounts of people at it and then covering it up through stunning amounts of propaganda.
That strategy won't prove effective against China.
Now look at how fast they were able to produce nuclear capability and space programs.
200 years of self-strengthening to catch up with the West are coming to an end.

    I'm not even trolling.
Look at D-Day, Americas finest hours, worst massacre in the war, rest of the allied forces landed just fine.
Look at the Korean War, Allied forces were nearly driven into the sea without numerical advantage.
Look at how you achieved the Manifest Destiny, instead of carefully planning the colonization of the continent you just send wave after wave further east.
You could barely build a few atomic bombs after having the theories for nearly 7 years, given to you by Enrico Fermi, Otto Hahn, Lise Meitner and Einstein, the Manhattan Project was exactly the same, under the leadership of Enrico Fermi you just threw a shitload of barely educated american scientists at it.
