this specific video, both of the other cars had ample time to avoid an
accident. If I was the oncoming car, I would not have stayed exactly ni
my lane, I would have slowed down as they approached, and I would have
swerved out of the way as they seemed about to hit me. I would also
have honked repeatedly before that point. I have had oncoming traffic
cross the center line at much faster speeds (55+ mph), and had to dodge
them to keep from being hit, on a few occasions. This shit happens on
two-way country roads all too often, especially up here in the snow in
the winter. so, in a sad, sad way, yes, natural selection at work here. |
