So
I think I've accidentally fucked the shit out of my sleep schedule.
I've just been falling asleep at completely random times, and I've lost
the ability to gauge how sleepy I am until it gets to the "can't stay
awake" stage. I've stopped getting full eight-hour rests, too.
Typically, I just wake up after three, give or take an hour, feeling
completely rested. However, four or so hours later, I'll hit that
"can't stay awake" wall again, and repeat the process.
For the
last week I've been trying to hold out until a reasonable sleep time,
but I usually don't make it, and when I do, I only get three hours of
sleep and find myself awake for the rest of the night.
I really need to get back into a regular cycle, because I start work in five days, but I can't seem to fix it.
It's
strange, too. It's only been this way for maybe two weeks; before that,
I was in a normal cycle, but I'd sleep for 12 to 14 hours instead of
just eight.
I feel so broken. Help. :( |
