/sp/ does deserve to be in the quality tier, yeah. The only genuine complaints there are to be said about it are that anon causes too many tripfag war threads and that there's too much Football/Football nonsense.

/trv/ is the best board on 4chan. The weeaboo threads have been declining in popularity and you get some very interesting threads in it.

/sp/ is quality tier March-July, but when it is Football season, /sp/ is the best board ever. That is when the best memes come.

/mu/ has been and always will be full of rich white suburban teens. It was decent two years ago when it was full of rich white teenage males listening to metal, but now it is full of rich white teenage males listening to hipster trash and UNDERGROUND RAP HURDUR and get reprehensibly elitist over such shitty music.

/mu/ takes some breaking into, but once you get really insulted a few times you'll get over it and then you can really find some great bands. I've had at least 2 or 3 discoveries from there that I really really really like. And I have /mu/ to thank.
