35 KB The G20 protests and protests in general Anonymous 03/31/09(Tue)08:28:36 No.3709643
All paid for on mummy and daddy's platinum card so that little Tim can go smash a McDonalds.

The pinnacle of ideology over reality.

"The G20 protests and protests in general"

    Nice title.

It's like saying "Eating burning dogshit and eating in general" then making generalised negative comments about the latter based on the emotional response to the former.

I have never been to or even seen a large protest in the first world that isn't composed primarily of the children of upper-middle class white people.

You're welcome to prove me wrong.

    Every single Gaza protest ever.

OP's a retard. Capitalism is an ideology. Disagreeing with capitalism is simply seeing flaws.

That's because middle class adolescents probably have the greatest access to a liberal education and therefore the strongest drive to initiate positive social change.

It doesn't make their points invalid.

Because the working class was depoliticised with the active union busting. The middle class are educated and see the inequality.

    Yeah take that facist pigs!

Pathetic students who don't live in the real world. Ignore them, even if fucking 10 million of them descended on London it wouldnt make a scrap of difference to anything

No it isn't. Capitalism is an economic system and the behaviour of human beings. It is ideologically neutral. Globalism is an ideology. Fiscal conservatism is an ideology.
    >>3709707
Most of these people get their "points" from academics, experts on the issue. This is a good or bad thing. Everybody is a mouthpiece for somebody whether it is "the man" or Noam Chomsky.
    >> Anonymous 03/31/09(Tue)08:43:05 No.3709750
What the fuck is the point of G20 protests, it's not like the people inside the G20 conference actually care what the fuck these commies are saying.

I fucking hate Yuppie anti-globalization fucktards, they protest the system that allows them to live the lifestyle they lead and instead of just seeing flaws in the system and thinking of ways to fix the flaws they are like "WE HAVE TO GO COMMUNIST OR VENUS NOW", want to live in a communist country?, go and fucking live in Cuba or North Korea retards.

Capitalism works, it may be shit, but it is the best working system we have.
    >> Anonymous 03/31/09(Tue)08:46:39 No.3709775
    Eh, communism.

I'm personally for a government controlled capitalism. 'Open market communism", I guess you could say.

Holy fucking shit was that a real protest? That's in Manchester where I live! It's almost a miracle not to see that street littered with NO BLOOD FOR OIL cunts shouting with a megaphone.

On that same logic you could claim communism is ideologically neutral, since it's an economic system. Your statement is dumb. Capitalism is also not 'the way people works', as both historians and economists recognize that capitalism has been prevalent for around 300 years, maximum, as it relies on various technologies - such as accurate and cheap clocks.

Oh, also, the protest not only increases awareness about the possibility of alternatives to Free market capitalism, but also demonstrates the strength of opinion behind enviromental and egalitarian causes.

    >primarily of the children of upper-middle class white people.
Along with the local palestinian immigrants.

You go on any? I'd say 10% hoary old socialists you find at any march, 60% muslim youth, 10% muslim older men, palestinians etc, and about 20% white kids. This is in UK though, so we have quite a large muslim population.

Watch some? Yes. Participate in one? No. I could care less if those fucktards in the middle-east want to spend their time and money killing each other. They actually live in a part of the world where they, if they really tried, could achieve living standards similar to ours without much trouble. They have a large workforce of educated people, they have the infrastructure and they are not on the buttfucked end of the global economic system.

They want to spend their money and time on killing each other instead? Fuck em, at least the Israelis will continually be developing new technology that can also be used for civilian purposes and so we benefit a bit from their fucktardness.
